Born on September 7, 1994, Kento Yamazaki is a model and actor from Japan. Tokyo was the birthplace of middle-class parents of Kento Yamazaki. His mother, father, and elder brother reside with him. He played football from the second grade until his third year of middle school, and he was an enthusiastic lover of the game. In addition, he dreamed of playing football and coaching the national team. On his way home from a football match in his third year of junior high school, he was scouted by his current agency, Takeshita Dori, for his first modelling opportunity. Prior to making his acting debut, he was a model for the magazine Pichi Lemon from 2009 until 2011.
Career
In 2010, Yamazaki made his screen debut as an enigmatic high school student in the TV series Atami no Sousakan. After that, he portrayed a hacker in a supporting role in the television series Clone Baby. Control Tower, Yamazaki's debut film, was released in April 2011. In the film, he performed guitar and singing, and his performance won praise. The following year, he costarred alongside Ai Hashimoto from Control Tower in The Wings of the Kirin (2012) and starred as the lead in the horror thriller film Another. Later, he was chosen to star in the live-action Love for Beginners and The Chasing World 3 movie.
He was the director of the television movie Sato Family Breakfast (2013), which had an LGBT theme. Additionally, in 2015, he took part in the 2nd Taiwan International Queer Film Festival. Apart from that, he appeared in the TV show 35-sai no Koukousei and the movie JINX!!! in a supporting capacity. Alongside Ayame Goriki, he featured in the 2014 movie L DK, which was based on the wildly popular manga of the same name. His career took a major turn with the movie, which also made him more well-known. He appeared in three drama series the same year, starring with actors Sota Fukushi and Yuto Nakajima in Baseball Brainiacs. In Satomi Hakkenden, he also made his stage debut as the main character, Inuzuka Shino.
